Quantitative Reasoning Report

We analyze the Report “La Interpretación y la Comprensión: Elementos Fundamentales del Razonamiento Cuantitativo” (“the Report“) prepared by Group 4 of the ACE/Kellogg Project to Reconceptualize the Baccalaureate degree at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. It is shown that the Report which studied quantitative competencies has serious flaws in its assumptions, its research methodology, and, therefore, its conclusions and recommendations.
